Terms of Service
Last updated: April 19, 2026
Welcome to Hearthhold. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hearthhold website and application (together, the “Service”) operated by Hearthhold, Inc. (“Hearthhold,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Beta service
Hearthhold is currently in private beta. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. We may limit, suspend, or discontinue your access at any time during the beta period.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Outbound communications
Hearthhold may send messages (including SMS and email) to contacts on your behalf, only at your explicit per-message approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the content of messages you approve. You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, harassing, or unsolicited commercial messages.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) misuse the Service or attempt to access it by means other than the interface we provide; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers or networks connected to it; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (d) use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
Your content
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create within the Service. You grant Hearthhold a limited license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Service on your behalf.
Third-party services
Hearthhold may integrate with third-party services (such as hosting, email, and SMS providers) to operate the Service, and may facilitate communication with third parties you designate. Hearthhold is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or communications of those third parties, and your interactions with any third party are solely between you and that party.
Disclaimers
HEARTHHOLD DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEARTHHOLD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEARTHHOLD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
